We have booked this type of tour before in Barcelona and other countries. They were fantastic. This company charged over $ 600. and all we got was a driver who wasn't a guide, told us we shouldn't bother to visit the London Tower or London Eye, that we would be wasting our time. He kept trying to get us to go to a restaurant he choose. Nothing advertised was provided, No tickets, no tour guide, nothing. Totally disappointed.
