2 Day Trip to Paris from London with Seine, Eiffel and Louvre
Your day will start at St Pancras International station where you will meet a representative who will hand you a welcome package for your tour. You will then board the famed Eurostar and jet over to Paris, crossing almost 31 miles of tunnel under the Channel before arriving at Gare du Nord Station, where you will meet your tour guide.
You will then be taken on panoramic tour of the city, starting at the stunning Champs Elysees,a road that stretches for miles and is full of luxury stores, and shops at the end of which sits the Arc de Triomphe. Cruise past the Trocadero, that houses museums and a national theatre, before your guide escorts you to the attraction that is synonymous with Paris itself, the Eiffel Tower. Climb to the lofty second floor and admire unbeatable views of the city. Once you leave the tower, walk a short distance to board your luxury cruise down the Seine and float along the river while listening to your audio guide about the attractions you pass.
Afterwards, head to the Louvre Museum which houses one of the largest collections of art in the world in an equally large and striking facility. Everything about the Louvre from it’s glass pyramid to its parquet floors are pleasing to the eye, but not as much as the priceless artwork you’ll find inside, like the iconic Mona Lisa with her enigmatic smile or the stunning Venus de Milo. Make your way to your comfortable 3 star hotel to enjoy a good night’s sleep, before starting your day of shopping and exploration with a hearty breakfast. Visit different attractions or laze in the many parks of the city before heading back to Gare du Nord to board your train to London and bid farewell to this elegant city.
