Stop At: St. Paul's Cathedral, St Paul's Churchyard, London EC4M 8AD England

Meet your guide just outside St. Paul's Cathedral and begin your exploration of one of the most famous and recognizable sights in London. Its dome is among the highest in the world and, framed by the spires of Wren's City churches, has dominated the London skyline for over 300 years.

St. Paul's is the seat of the Bishop of London and is situated on Ludgate Hill, the highest point in the City of London. It was designed by Sir Christopher Wren, one of the most highly acclaimed English architects in history.

As you walk in you will be fascinated by the incredible baroque interior and by the vibrant, monumental mosaics that are a much loved and admired aspect of the decoration of St Paul’s Cathedral.

Your guide will entertain children and adults alike with fascinating stories about myths and legends associated with the cathedral, making it a truly memorable experience.

You will discover that the cathedral's crypt is the final resting place for many notable soldiers, artists, and intellectuals, including Lord Nelson, the Duke of Wellington, Margaret Thatcher, and Wren himself.

The church has been the venue for a number of important historical events, such as the funeral of Admiral Nelson in 1806 and that of Winston Churchill in 1965. Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer married there in 1981.

If you would like to take some amazing photos of London's skyline, your guide will take you to the open terrace on the 6th floor of the One New Change Shopping Centre (weather permitting). Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: Millennium Bridge, Thames Embankment, London SE1 9JE England

Then you will walk across Millennium bridge, a steel suspension bridge for pedestrians only, linking Bankside with the City of London. The locals also call it "Wobbly Bridge" after pedestrians initially experienced an unnerving swaying motion, but don't worry, alterations were able to successfully eliminate the problem.

Millennium bridge was the first bridge built across the Thames River since the building of the magnificent Tower Bridge over a hundred years previously .

Duration: 20 minutes

Stop At: Tate Modern, 53 Bankside, London SE1 9TG England

At the southern end of the Bridge stands the Tate Modern art gallery, (which you will see from just from outside) in what was once the old Bankside Power Station. It is one of the most iconic art galleries in London and, indeed, the world. As well as having an international collection of modern and contemporary works of art that few can rival, it is a historic piece of architecture which is worth a visit in its own right.

Duration: 10 minutes

Stop At: Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, 21 New Globe Walk, London SE1 9DT England

The tour will then take in an external view of the Shakespeare Globe Theatre, a faithful reconstruction of the original built in 1599. This was where the celebrated playwright William Shakespeare's theatre company used to work, and today's Globe is a mere stone's throw from where the original once stood. The impressive Globe Theatre that we can visit today is the third reconstruction, born from an idea of actor and director Sam Wanamaker. It welcomes thousands of visitors every day to experience internationally renowned Shakespeare productions and it is one of the most famous attractions in London.

The tour will end nearby and you will be able to find many shops, restaurants and bars as you continue your exciting day in London!
