If you don’t have much time and want to see and learn a lot in one day, this is the tour to take. Our guide David was so good and knowledgeable, it was worth every minute!

Terrible experience. We waited forever for the bus. The man in the booth sent us to a stop that the bus wasn’t coming to because it had. Even moved. We barely saw anything because our day was spent constantly waiting for a bus that took over thirty minutes to show up st any stop we went to. Would not use this company again

Recent 2-day tour.... that took us half the first morning to find a bus. We were told 3 different locations by Hop bus people. Yes....the Hop bus people told us 3 different locations! We finally went to the Original Tour store at Trafalgar Square to get started. yikes. Thankfully the weather was nice but we missed half of our first day. Tours are good -- only did yellow line and blue line -- but good.

Thanks to the Original Tour: Hop on, Hop off bus, I've had a wonderful start to my stay in London. There were always people willing to help, and I was fortunate to join the 'yellow tour' - the main sites of London - with an English speaking guide. A special thanks here to the hilarious Louie, and wonderful driver, Funkie. I'm very happy to highly recommend this tour.

I enjoyed the many destinations that the hop on hop off bus tour had to offer. My first time experience with the Original Tour London was not so great. Communication about pickup locations known and unknown was not clear, end times on certain tour routes were not communicated well. Customer service with some of the Original Bus tour drivers was not a friendly one.

Unfortunately we had a short version of bus tour due to protesters in London blocking the roads The boat trip for us was the best part of this tour

Well worth the price. I did notice that one bus had more/different commentary than another I was on earlier for the same route. For that reason alone, I took the yellow route twice. Enjoyed and would use this service again if I am lucky enough to visit again.

The hop on hop off bus is something that my husband and I do every where that we travel. This was my children's first time to London and my daughter said this is her favorite part of the vacation.

Overall, my experience was good and I enjoyed this tour using the 24 hour pass. I liked that a walking tour for the changing of guards in Buckingham Palace and Thames River Cruise are included in the pass. I managed to do both. I skipped the walking tour and went straight to viewing the changing of guards. It was a long wait though for the boat ride for the river cruise. Wasn't able to complete all lines (missed the orange line) given the limited time. If you have time, better to get the 48-hour or 2-day pass to maximize the tour and do it at a relaxed pace.

I found the Hop-on-Hop-Off bus helpful, but I would also say that there were times when it was difficult to find room on the buses. Most of the time we were able to get a seat.
