Westminster Abbey Entrance Ticket Including Audio Guide

Phenomenal but crazy crowded. Prepurchasing a ticket did not save time in the line. That was disappointing.

i had booked a tour for a family of three online in the hope of avoinging the queuing experience in the pouring rain we did have to follow the regular queue in the first place then at the entrance we were told we had to pay again because i only had with me the print out of the confirmation that we had paid but it was not enough so we paind again this is outrageous

Instead buy your tickets directly from the Westminster abbey website. The line for tickets purchased from other sites (including Viator) is MUCH longer than the line for tickets direct from the abbey website.

This is a London must see and this ticket was perfect. We didn't have to wait long and enjoyed our visit.

Not worth getting a ticket in advance. You have to wait in line with everyone that is purchasing a ticket(mine was 2 hours, and I had a ticket). The abbey was jam packed with people you could barely move around to view the place. Audio was confusing and all over the place. Pretty, but not really worth it.

waited for 2 hours and couldn't reach the entrance then had to leave. I really wanted to visit the monument

I bought a ticket to visit on a Saturday and when I got there they said that they were no allowing the Viator tickets that day only the ones bought directly. I was told I had to come back on Monday. Luckily I was still there on Monday But I wasn’t?

We were very sorry to have missed this tour an Uber driver taking us to brunch took us to the wrong end of the city and by the time we got back and finished brunch there was not enough time it closes at 3:30

Really cool to see inside the Abbey, Waited about 45 minutes to get in . But worth the wait.
