Queen Elizabeth II is said to spend many of her weekends here, a royal home for more than 900 years.

HM The Queen and her family spend most of their private weekends at Windsor Castle. The Queen is also officially in residence throughout April and June, when the annual Garter Service is held in St George's Chapel.

Upon arrival at Windsor Castle, audio guides are available in different languages: English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish.

With your entry, you can walk through the State Apartments to see lavish decor and valuable artworks, such as paintings by Rembrandt and Leonardo da Vinci.

This tour operated by Golden Tours and led by Pablo was well executed considering this is too much content to cover in a single day. Charles, our driver, did an excellent job findng alternate routes to save time. However, the group tour lines were absurdely long at Windsor Castle and the time available to spend at the castle was far too limited. Windsor Castle is a day trip in itself. Windsor is located near the London Heathrow Airport and is accessible by private car or Uber from London. The walk-up lines were very short, while we waited in the group tour line for over an hour before entering. Then we had to rush throught the castle to be on time for our departure. Don't bother with a tour company; do this one on your own. We really enjoyed Bath and would have liked to have spent more time there, since we have now checked the box and likely won't return. Stonehenge was interesting, although didn't require a lot of time. The time spent there was adequate. As my wife and I did two back to back days of large group tours, we realized that we have been spoiled previously with private and small group tours. In the future, I will seek tours that offer more flexibility and client consideration.

Our guide was wonderful! He (I forget his name - he was Croatian, if that helps). He was educational, informative, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Dealing with so many different types of people on a bus can be challenging but our guide and our bus driver never lost their patience or willingness to help everyone. Loved seeing Windsor, Avebury (better than Stonehenge since we could get up to stones, walk around and enjoy the village a bit) and then to beautiful Bath. Loved it all. Our entire family loved it. Definitely a must see on your trip to Britain.

First of all our tour guide and driver were fantastic. Really enjoyed them both and their efforts. Now with that being said Viator needs to STOP putting three locals in one tour. We waited for TWO HOURS at Windsor and literally were told we had ten minutes to get to the bus. That is completely unacceptable. It was a waste of our time and money. Either Viator needs to work with Windsor to get us priority entrance or Viator needs to axe putting this with two other locations. It was very frustrating. Stonehenge was great and the Roman Baths were great, BUT because we spent so much time at Windsor trying to see anything we only had time to see the Roman Bath museum and not the cathedral or to try a Bath Bun because everything was closed. Please do not do this tour anymore. Pick two of these and the trip will be great.

Tom our tour guide was amazing and our driver Tony made our journey nice, comfortable and safe. This tour was better than I expected and a highlight of our European adventure.

We needed more time at Windsor to visit the sights. The lines to get in were very long and used up a lot of time not sight seeing. Once inside the walls we could have used a guide to get to the best attractions faster. Our guide was great and kept the group on time. Although I appreciate getting as many sights as possible in one day as we could, Windsor Castle, Bath, and Stonehenge. Lunch was sufficient. I would do it again.

Have always wanted to see Stonehenge and on this tour you can walk around the entire circle.Yes you also go to see the state rooms of Windsor Castle and the chapel and a quick visit to the roman bath in Bath but Stonehenge is the star.I felt bath was a bit rushed and you would benefit by spending a full day walking around and dining with the locals.

We were eager to see the places listed on the tour. But we are not good at walking long distances and we did not realize so much walking would be required.

We had a great tour with Andrew, our tour guide and Mirza, our driver. Andrew was knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour. Andrew's kept the group on schedule, even when some of our group was missing at the appointment time, which almost ended in some MIAs to be left behind (as they should have been). Mirza got us back to London on time, even when the route back was closed due to a traffic incident. Highly recommended!

Guide was knowledgeable and enjoyable. Each stop was busy and we did not have time to enjoy the sites due to wait times and lines. Only saw Stonehenge for 10 minutes before we had to rush to the bus.

Unexpectedly efficient and effective tour. Thought large bus would be cumbersome and slow but the excellent guide efficiently guided, explained and coordinated the tour. Enough time at each site to enjoy each visit. Long day(12 hours) but well worth while.

Tour director, Andrew, was informative, entertaining and well-organized. It is a lot to cover in one day but the tour allows for a good taste of each place.
