Buses are not equipped with wheelchair lifts, however in some cases, drivers are able to offer assistance in and out of the bus provided passengers have some lower body mobility U.S. Citizens - Photo I.D and proof of citizenship (U.S. Birth Certificate or Naturalization Certificate) is required for re-entry to the United States. Had the best day!!!!! Right from crossing the border into Mexico till leaving in the afternoon, loved this tour. The guide was amazing too

If you think that you should go to a different country while visiting Los Angeles, you may take this tour. We took it to get the experience of crossing the border. A long bus ride from Los Angeles and a strip of shopping lane in Tijuana to visit. Bought some leather bags which are cheap and good. Had a fantastic lunch.

This was the day from hell! The bus trip was good. Crossing the border into Mexico easy. The shipping in Tijuana nothing special. Getting back into the USA through the border was one of the worst travel experiences ever. We stood in the line of people waiting to cross for a full 4 hours! No rest rooms. Nowhere to sit. It is the most appalling system. We were told that wasnt unusual. Dont do it!

Waiting to get back across the border took over two hours. Whilst glad I did it, I wouldn't do it again.
