Itinerary
This is a typical itinerary for this product

Pass By: Lucerne Station, Bahnhofplatz, Lucerne 6005 Switzerland

Board your coach in central Lucerne, and travel south to Engelberg, a glorious alpine village tucked in the shadows of Mt Titlis.

Stop At: Mount Titlis, Poststrasse 3 Talstation, Engelberg 6390 Switzerland

On arrival, hop aboard the aerial cableway with your guide, and then ride to the glacier’s summit — some 10,000 feet (3,020 meters) above sea level. The 45-minute journey is all about the views! As Engelberg slips from sight, the dramatic beauty of the Bernese Alps takes center stage, so sit back, ogle the vistas and relax.

At the top, how you spend your time is up to you. Make the most of two hours of mountaintop fun by strolling around the summit, feeling the crunch of snow under your boots while taking in the glacial landscape.

Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Titlis Cliff Walk, Along the Cliff of Mount Titlis Swiss Alps, Engelberg 6390 Switzerland

Or perhaps visit some of Mt Titlis’ renowned attractions. Admire 360-degree views aboard the rotating Titlis Rotair gondola; ride on the Ice Flyer chairlift and gaze down to the icy depths below; slip your way down the slopes while snow tubing in the Titlis Glacier Park; walk along the Cliff Walk for vertigo-inducing views; or visit the Glacier Cave to see millions of ice crystals in a frozen underground grotto, far below the glacier’s surface.

If the brisk mountain air makes you feel hungry, refuel with alpine fare at one of the summit’s several restaurants. All food and drinks are at your own expense. At the prearranged time, meet your guide for the descent back to Engelberg where your coach is ready to return to Lucerne.

Info: Activities are included, but dependent on weather conditions

Duration: 1 hour

Pass By: Lucerne Station, Bahnhofplatz, Lucerne 6005 Switzerland

Your tour then finishes at the start point in central Lucerne at approximately 6pm.

The location and the trip itself were excellent and a unique experience. Regrettably the tour guide who was allocated to our group did not have proper control of the group and failed to provide us with clear instructions about timings and where and when to meet. As a result of this we missed the opportunity to visit the ice cave or take a break for any refreshments. Additionally during the coach ride to and from Titlis her commentaries in all languages were extremely limited and did not provide us with any real information or enhance our experience. Perhaps with a different and more attentive guide our rating would have been excellent.

Our guide Olga was great, she gave us some facts on the ride up. Pick up was centrally located in Lucerne near train station. Once you get there you are on your own put not hard to navigate and you have plenty of time. Be sure to wear good shoes if you are planning to go up to the the Cliff Walk it was icy and and windy. We had great views and took some fabulous pictures. Good value for your money when in Switzerland!

The weather was unfortunately very snowy and cold even though we went in April, but we absolutely had a ball. George was a fantastic guide, and had so much patience with people who seemed unable to follow instructions regarding time to meet. Our bus driver was very professional, and the afternoon was just perfect though very cold (make sure you rug up).

Amazing tour to the Top of Mount Titlis on Christmas Day. Our guide met our expectations in every way - knowledgeable, approachable and on time :) Robert Burch made sure everyone was where they needed to be and that we were aware of how to get the most from our tour.

Great way to spend half a day from Luzern! Our tour guide was super friendly and helpful. The bus ride over is fairly short and we had plenty of time at the summit to explore on our own too. Would definitely recommend!

Was traveling solo and this was the best way to spend half a day hands down. There were many activities that made it worth while and definitely is a once in a lifetime experience

Our tour guide was very friendly and gave us clear instructions about the timing and meeting up spots, as well as, the tickets for the cable car up. We had enough time to cover all the fun snow activities such as tubing, sledging, ice glacier cave, and enjoy the view of the mountain.
