- 2. Please check-in 30 minutes before the time specified on this voucher to start registration at the AJ Hackett T1 Counter.
- 3. Please check-in at the AJ Hackett T1 Counter on time, any late check-ins may be re-allocated to a later time.
- 4. After check-in, the registration process will take 30 minutes and your actual activity time will be allocated after registration is complete.
- 5. Please note the activity time can be affected by several factors including weather, equipment maintenance or safety protocols.
- 6. We will endeavor to complete your activity within a 2 hour time period after registration is complete.
- 7. Photo ID is required to redeem tickets at the AJ Hackett Ticketing Counter.

- 11. Changes or cancellation of activities due to weather, please contact the staff for re-issue of voucher or refund.
