We ordered Madrid sightseeing tour including walking tour with hotel pick-up. Unfortunately we did not get at least 30 min advance notice for pick up time the representative call to our room when bus already was waiting for us and it was 30 minutes earlier than expected. The bus took us to the meeting point and we were waiting there in crowded room at least 20 min until our tour guide come. The tour was on Spanish/English languages and not just in English, as we expected when we've booked the tour. When our tour guide was switching from Spanish to English, the bus was already passing a lot of points of interest and we missed them to see. The driver of the bus was not very familiar with the route and tour guide often advised him where to go. The tour guide mostly speaks Spanish because most tourists were Spanish speaking. After bus tour was finished we were driven again to meeting room and were waiting for another 20-30 min until other tourists come and we have started walking tour with our tour guide.
