I have taken several viator tours in Madrid and elsewhere. This is the only one I really felt was lacking. If I could go back in time I would just do the hop on and off bus. We made only one stop at the Bull fight arena which was closed off season. We really didn't see the highlights of the city for example stopping at the Plaza Mayor or Retiro Park. The tour starts at Templo de Debod but you don't even get a chance to head up a few steps to view it. I imagine there are a lot of restrictions with the buses. Ours was a half hour late to start and I didn't feel that we really got much out of it. It was supposed to stop at Hard Rock café but that was cancelled too for a private event and nothing substituted. Hoping for a partial refund. The Thyssen tickets were fine and the museum is great but the bus tour was bad. They could improve it a lot by working in some stops along the way for people to learn about the city and experience it.
