It was unclear exactly where by the Neptune Fountain one should meet the bus - which took you to another bus for the tour. If you are patient and optimistic, it all works out. The city tour was interesting and helpful for orientation. Skipping the line at the Prado is worth it all, and the guide provided for the Prado viewing was excellent! I would give her 5 stars!

It was good. Except that the tour guide did not speak English and part of my group did not understand well. I wish I would have been told it was only in Spanish.
