We had a wonderful guide who not only gave us a wealth of information but was able to answer our questions about the sites we visited. The tour was great for orientating ourselves and gave us a good overview of the city. The bus driver took us directly to the Museo Reina Sofia after the city tour and we visited the Picasso Guernica exhibition which was comprehensive and informative. The bus was comfortable and the driver was very helpful. The only reason we haven't given this a five star review is because I had emailed and received emailed confirmation that we were to be collected from our hotel lobby, but when we hadn't been collected at the appointed time, after waiting 20 minutes, I rang the tour operator and they said they had no record of this. In the end we were collected but the waiting and uncertainty was very stressful. A shame because everything else was first class.
