Not worth taking the half day as it has the Cathedral missing. So one should better opt for the full day. The visit to the workshop was a complete waste of time. Increasing slightly the price, and including the cathedral would be better.
Our bus left Madrid on time and retuned on time. The tour of Toledo was a walking tour on lots of cobblestone but was very manageable unless you have trouble walking. It was difficult to hear our guide at times due to our large group. Everything was as described. As stated by others, it would have been very nice to have a small amount of time in the shops along the way. The trip to the sword factory was a waste of time. Otherwise, everything was fine.
Received clear instructions from the operator about the meeting point for pickup. Our guide Tamara was excellent and trip was well organized. We did have enough time at the end of the tour for some souvenir shopping!
