I bike every day, so I looked forward to the opportunity to bike around Palma on day 1 of the vacation. I expected this would help me get my bearings and see a bunch of the highlights all at once. In the last week I took 3 tours in Europe so I expected regular stops with history and important facts spread throughout. Unfortunately the tour was 90% of relatively fast biking. There were some stops and facts dribbled here and there, but it's really just a nice bike ride. He knew his script, but when I asked deeper questions he really didn't know. If you want to really learn about anything, you'll have to go back after the tour and probably bring a guide book along to read the history of a place. And since we biked so briskly, I didn't really feel like I had a good handle on things.
