Spectacular site but you can do it by yourself: bus no 412 or 416 from Plaça D'Espanya. Otherwise you'll pay for a Tower of Babylon experience: same thing in 5 different languages all time long. Also be awere: a concert in a cave is not a place for small babies because the light will be completely off for a time, and the children start crying. However, the cave is amazing and you should definitely visit. Bonus: My wife got the shortest shopping sesion in a jewelry - only 20 minutes

Guide was great but would have loved to forgo the factory to spend more time at the caves. Caves were crowded so be prepared for that. The short classical concert was neat.

The bus picked us up much farther away than all the other tour buses, but once we were on the bus the ride to the caves was great, the tour guide was friendly and the caves were really incredible. You probably won’t have time for the boat ride due to crowds and the time to return to the bus. I wish they skipped the pearl shop and we had more time to explore the caves.

I was only in Mallorca for about 24 hours but I wanted To see the caves. No Frills Excursions Hosted this tour and they went above and beyond to make sure that I could have a great trip and get back to the airport on time. They went as far as to make a special stop for me near the airport. The caves were wonderful too and I likes the little town with the beach an shopping where we stopped for lunch.

The most important thing to know if you are arriving by ship is this company does not have any contingency plans for you if your ship is delayed. Our ship was delayed about 90 min by local customs officials and as a result we were 30 min late to the meeting location. I sent 3 texts to the emergency number that were read but got no response. I called and they basically said sorry not our problem take it up with viator. The tour may have been wonderful but with no guarantees relative to delays beyond your control you may get stuck and be out the money.

Excellent tour with a very knowledgeable and friendly guide. Plenty of time at each location and the caves were amazing
