Mental Voice Training and Caving Tour in Mallorca

Your activity starts with a short briefing about the tour-circuit and presentation of your experienced mentaltrainer. If you bring with you a special topic or theme, you have the chance to explain it detailed. You start to walk on a small trail, following up on to cliffs, enjoying wonderful views over the coastline of Mallorca, pasing through unspoiled nature, typical mallorquin vegetation, and might be able to watch out some wild animals.

While walking your mentaltrainer will give you different mental tasks and offers you coaching-exercises. You will experience different tecnics of phonationa and respiring, entering a new way using your voice, your very personal instrument you are always carrying with you.

Experience your voice as absolut powerful and strong tool to comunicate and express yourself. The beautiful and impressive landscape of Mallorca will help you to experience intensivly yourself, your voice and nature.

After a light walking through nature you will arrive hat a natural cave. Guided by your mental trainer and tourguide you will enter one of Mallorca's amazing caves with stalagmites and stalactites. Enter a different world by exploring a natural cave on Mallorca !

In the cave you will be invited to experience different exercises of voice-training. The tour ends after walking back to start-point. Free drinks, water and tea. Your personal trainer is an experienced outdoor-coach and professional with formation in the fields of positive psychology, coaching, mental training, phonation and breathing tecnics.
