Santa Catalina Market Tour and Local Tapas Cooking Class

 An authentic local cooking experience
We turn the process into a fun, team working and accessible session, so that our guests enjoy their time together and feel secure and able to repeat the menus at home for family and friends. Our local chefs share their knowledge for local food, culture and our beautiful island. Participants will elaborate the menu with the help of our chefs. After the cooking session, we will eat together enjoying the best atmosphere and nice wine. 

We will first visit Santa Catalina's Market, tasting local fresh products and getting to know the history behind them, as well as the importance of seasons. Back to our kitchen with our basquet full of goodies, we will dive in to the the nature of our mediterranean culture and love for food, cooking and transforming the ingredients into tasty "tapas", "pinchos" and "boards". A real life experience of our wonderful products guided by our local food experts. All served with a pinch of fun!

Don´t worry if you have no experience cooking, our chef will adapt the classes to all levels.

Participation:
Not only do you watch our chef in action, but also we want you to be the main character. With the help and instructions of our chef, you can make the dishes we propose.
