Vespa Tour through Mallorca's Mountains

When you hear the name “Vespa” you know what we are talking about. Since the first Vespa was built back in 1946 it became a synonym of freedom and driving pleasure. Who could forget those images of Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck riding on a Vespa through Rome? Even those who haven’t seen the movie know which scenes we are talking about.
Touradvisor presents a Tour on Vespa to the most spectacular spots on Mallorca. We start in Palmas old quarter and ride along the palaces and promenades before heading to the north, to the magnificent Sierra de Tramuntana. This entire mountain chain was declared World Heritage by the UNESCO and is worth visiting due to the exuberant nature, charming villages and impressive views.
We will ride on secondary roads to Esporles and its spectacular villas until we reach the winding roads of the Tramuntana. We will board the coast until we reach the viewpoint Sa Foradada, located in the old residence of the Archduke Ludwig Salvator.
Next we will drive to charming village of Valldemossa, where we stop to discover its narrow streets full of plants, flowers and history. Did you know Frédéric Chopin live here? Then we will go back following other winding roads that offer superb views of the other side of the island and of Palma.
You can drive automatic Vespas, we provide the helmets, a lunchbox and water. Our small groups allow to travel with maximum 6 Vespas. Drivers must hold a valid car driving license (Type B, min. 3 years) or a motorcycle driving license. Children 7 and older are allowed only accompanied by a parent.
