Our guide at the Alhambra, Enrique, was excellent. And what we saw there was fantastic. The 1.5 hours on our own in Granada to explore was great, too. Only reasons for not 5 stars are 1) overall trip longer than stated by about an hour, 2) transportation/ bus logistics got a little messed up.

On the positive side: bus was on time at the appointed stop. There was a nice short break mid way. Our bilingual guide Enrique was excellent. Slight negatives: a family came quite late and the bus driver waited for them. A little time in the souvenir shops would have been nice. Lunch time was also the time to see the tomb of Isabela and Fernando but we couldn't do both. So I would suggest making the tour an hour longer to cover these. Overall Viator has never disappointed us.
