Mesón Carrión

Once reached the south exit of the Caminito del Rey indicated in the information email, you can park at the parking located right next to the Caminito del Rey exit . After this you’ll be ready to take the shuttle bus . That bus will bring you towards the entrance of the walk. Don’t forget your ticket, walking shoes and water!

After getting of the bus you have two routes towards the official entrance of the Caminito del Rey. The longer 2’7 km route will take you more or less 30 minutes, it’s a lot prettier than the short trail and we recommend taking this route unless you’re short on time. The short route will take no longer than 15 minutes and you’ll recognise it as you must go though a tunnel to get to the path.

Upon reaching the entrance of the Caminito del Rey, don’t forget to have your tickets and ID or passport ready. At this point you’ll receive your helmet and your ready to go after the short safety briefing.

Upon reaching the end, don’t forget to turn in the helmets at the information office located next to the parking where you left your car.

When ready, just drive towards our Restaurant , Mesón Carrión ( destination also in email) , show any of the waiters your reservation information, wait to be seated and of course, enjoy our traditional Andalusian dishes.
