The menu changes every week depending on what is in season. The food can be experimental. You will taste between 6 and 9 wines, but you are welcome to bring a couple of bottles of your favourite one. Let's have an extensive cheese course beforehand to try with the wines.

A typical dinner will also include 3 hors d' oeuvres, 1 appetizer, 1 main (chicken, steak or fish) with two sides (starch and vegetable), and dessert. Everything is served family style. You'll eat outdoors if it's warm enough (with the waves crashing underneath the table) or inside if it's cold.
