Day 01 Arrival - Managua (B)

Arrival at the International airport in Managua. Meet and greet by one of our representatives, transfer will be provided to the hotel for your first night in Nicaragua.

Overnight at Hotel Contempo, standard room. 

Day 02 Leon City Tour (B)

Early morning transfer to Leon, explore the rich cultural and political history of one of Nicaragua´s oldest cities, defined by its graceful Spanish colonial architecture and fascinating history. Climb to the rooftop of Central America's largest cathedral, recently added to UNESCO´s list of World Heritage. Visit as well the San Francisco Convent, Casa de los Leones, the Ruben Dario Museum and the Central Square. 

Overnight at El Convento, standard room.

Day 03 Juan Venado Island and Natural Reserve & Mangrove Forest (B)

During the trip to the island (by motorboat), you will meet a variety of exotic birds, mammals, crabs and other Species, slowly navigating between the mangroves, which are typical for this zone. You will visit a beautiful secluded virgin beach, with the opportunity to swim. 

Overnight at El Convento, standard room. 

Day 04 Granada (B)

After breakfast, drive south to Granada, the nicest colonial city of Nicaragua. Its streets are lined with Spanish-style houses with large wooden doors opening onto cool interior patios. A great way to get a nice overview of the city is by ascending the towers of the La Merced church. Walk around the city on your own!

Overnight at Plaza Colon, standard room. 

Day 05 Granada City Tour & Las Isletas Boat Tour (B)

Join us in exploring and discovering the famous city of Granada, the oldest colonial city on mainland America and considered one of the prettiest cities in Latin America. You will hear stories from real pirates, like the infamous Henry Morgan. We will also visit archeological treasures from Isla Zapatera, a primitive art exhibit and historical display, La Polvora Fort.

Las Isletas Boat Tour: Las Isletas consist of around 365 small islands where formed 20,000 years ago by a massive volcanic explosion! The nature is beautiful with lots of birdlife and amazing views of the volcanoes and Lake Nicaragua.

Day 06 Mombacho Volcano & Canopy Tour (B)

Whether it’s your own car or the truck you’re using, the incredible steepness of the volcano guarantees a spectacular ride. This tour is a combination of both Mombacho walking around the crater and Canopy. You will continue your tour with a boat ride.

Overnight at Plaza Colon, superior room. 

Day 07 Departure

Transfer to Managua International Airport.
