About Kullu
Kullu (1220m) was once known as Kulanthapitha - the end of the habitable world. Beyond rose the forbidding heights of the Greater
Himalaya, and by the banks of the shining river Beas lay the fabled Silver Valley. Kullu got its first motorable access only after
independence. The long centuries of seclusion have however allowed the area to retain considerable measures of its traditional
charm. Here is the core of an intricate web of numerous valleys, each of which is a visual delight and seems more beautiful than the
other. The Silver Valley has nature's treasures that lie carelessly scattered as flowers. This wealth nestles by every tree in the
splendid forests, bursts forth in the blooms and in the fruit of every orchard. Here are riches which cannot be measured and echo
down the ages with the words of every myth and ancient legend and glow in the warm smiles of its gentle people. There is pleasure
in every step you take in these enchanted valleys and in every gurgle you hear in the clear mountain streams.

architecture. To be in Agra is like taking a walk through India's Mughal period history. Upon arrival our check into the hotel. After
quick wash and change visit….
Visit Taj Mahal, the most extravagant monument ever built for love, it was constructed by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan as a
memorial to his queen Mumtaz Mahal, made out of white marble took 22 years to complete (1630-1652 AD. Its marble exterior
reflects rose and golden tints at sunrise and sunset, while it is dazzling white during the day and glowes pearl-like in the moonlight
and during the monsoon.
Later visit the Agra fort - the rusty and majestic red-sandstone fort of Agra stands on the banks of the river Yamuna and the
construction was started by Emperor Akbar in 1566.
At the Diwan-I-Am (hall of public audience), a colonnaded hall of red-sandstone with a throne alcove of inlaid marble at the back, the
Emperor heard public petitions. At the Diwan-I-Khas (hall of private audience) where marble pavilions with floral inlays lend an
ethereal ambience, the Emperor sat on his gem-studded Peacock Throne and met foreign ambassadors and rulers of friendly
kingdoms.
After Agra Fort, the monument that is most important in Agra is the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah or "Baby Taj" as it is called
sometimes. A highly ornate edifice, this mausoleum is considered as the imminent precursor of the Taj Mahal as far as elaborate
carvings and inlay work are concerned. Though the structure does not have much to offer architecturally, it makes a clear departure
from the earlier Mughal tombs built during the period and is softer and with many inlay carvings.Check in to Hotel and Night stay at
