Safarick's Rescue and Rehabilitation Zoo & Beach Resort

Safaricks Zoologico is a rescue and rehabilitation refuge for all native animals in Panama. Safaricks Zoo was created by animal lovers with the purpose of rescuing and rehabilitating animals that were injured, orphaned or rescued. We currently work with the ministry of environment and have received most of our animals from them, either from deforestation, living in captivity in poor conditions or were found hurt and in need of medical assistance. Safaricks Zoologico has one of the largest walk through aviaries in Panama Over 100 feet long with over twenty different species, our visitors have the opportunity to interact with toucans up close . As you walk through the park, gaze at all the different plants and trees providing fruits and shade for all the different animals, from the capybara to the spider monkeys.
