3 days 2 nights private desert tour from Marrakesh to Fez

• Day 1 : Marrakech - High Atlas Mountains - Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate - Skoura – Dades

The beginning of Marrakech to Fez desert tour will be at 08:00 from Marrakech crossing The Atlas Mountains to Dades Gorges via Tizin Tichka pass throughout the Atlas Mountains. After 3h hours driving in the mountains, we will get to the landscapes, we will have a stop to visit The Heritage Site of Kesbah Ait Benhaddou. This old Kasbah has been used old Caravan routes and it’s a very important destination for international filmmakers for more than 25 films was also an important fortress strongholds on the old Salt Road where caravans brought slaves, ivory, salt, , gold and silk from sub-Saharan countries to Marakech and beyond. After Ait Benhaddou we will continue to Ouarzazate (Hollywood of Africa) since it has been as well a very famous city for filmmakers, The Mummy,Gladiator, and other films were shot here. After Ouarzazat, we will continue driving to Dades Gorges, trough Megouna, Sekoura and serval Berber villages around the valley.

 
• Day 2 : Dades Gorges - Todra Gorges - Jorf - Erfoud - Merzouga (Camel ride & night in Sahara)

After the breakfast , we will start the 2nd day on our adventure going from Dades to the Erg Chebi Sahara desert. We will pass through Tinghir, Tinjdad, and we will have stop and walk on Todra Gorges (One of greatest canyons in the world). After Todra gorges we will continue to Arfoud in which we’ll feel the beginning of the Saharan oasis, then we continue driving to Merzouga desert, after having a rest we will go to ride the camels who will take us on a desert exploration into the sand dunes. We will spend the night in at the desert camp (Nomad Berber tents) in the middle of the Sahara, this is a good opportunity to take amazing pictures of the sunset and sunrise over the sand dunes. • Day 3 : Merzouga Desert - Ziz Valley - Azrou - Ifrane - Fes

You will wake you up early in the morning, to watch the sunrise then you will ride the camels back to Merzouga, after taking shower and breakfast we'll continue our tour to Fes. We will stop on the road to take some pictures at Ziz Valley before passing through the Middle Atlas mountains. We will stop by a Midelt where we will have lunch. Midelt is a very impressive mountain city at 1500 m of altitude, situated down the Jbel Ayachi (3730 m). In the afternoon we'll continue to the city of Fes by stopping in Ifrane and Azrou (Cedar Forest) where you will finish your tour.
