4 Day Marrakech Desert Tour to Fez

Day 1: Marrakech / Ait Ben Haddou / Ouarzazate / Gorges Dades
After meeting you at your hotel in Marrakech you'll travle by car towards the High Atlas through the Tizi-n-Tichka pass, along a road that climbs from the plains up to 2260 miles above sea level. You'll passing through small villages, small waterfalls, through a continuously changing landscape and colors in these beautiful mountains. Stop on the pass for a cup of refreshing mint tea and to admire the scenery before taking the road to the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah. Here is a chance to visit the famous Kasbah, declared UNESCO World Heritage and the scenes of films like the Gladiator, Babel, Lawrence of Arabia, and the Sheltering Sky, and many others. Visit the town of Ouarzazate, the Kasbah of Taourirt and the Atlas Studios movie studios, the largest and most famous of all Africa.Then go through Ouarzazate, the famous Valley of Roses and the Dades valley, reaching the Dades Gorge in time for sunset and finally stopping at a very traditional and romantic hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Gorge dades / Gorge Todra /Merzouga
After breakfast, take a walk through the Dades Gorges, and then climb back in the car to drive the road of the 1000 Kasbas, passing through Tineghier village, and the Jewish Kasbah, arriving at the Todra Gorges . Next take a walk in the Gorges before taking the road to the Merzouga desert by way of Erfoud arriving before sunset. From you'll arrive at the hotel to saty over night and have dinner and enjoy the Saharan drums.
Day 3: Merzouga / Rissani / Erg Chebbi
After breakfast and rest spend approximately half of the day in the desert to seeing the different faces of the desert, passing through small villages, and stop to listen to some Saharan Music in El Khamlia, the oasis. Take a short visit to Rissani the first capital of Alaouite Dynasty, including some historical Kasbahs, and the the famous market. Next take a 4x4 to the Desert. Next rest meet your guide and who will have camelswaiting to carry you across the sandy dunes of the Erg-Chebbi. You'll enjoy the beauty of the sunset on camel, after an hour you'll reach the desert camp and spend the night in a Berbrecamp. At your desert shelter, your camels are hobbled and mint tea is served. After a wonderful dinner, you can watch the stars, and an overnight experience spent in a Berber Tent .
Day 4 : Merzouga / Medilt / Ifran / Fez
Get up early in the morning and take a walk over the sand dunes and watch the sunrise from just behind the Algerian border, which is about 50 km from Merzouga. Take a camel back to the hotel, then have breakfast, shower and brief rest period. Next this tour travels towards Fez, through ,Ziz Valley, Berber Villages, middle atlas Mountain, cedars forest, finally reaching Fez in the afternoon and the end of the trip.
