Viator dropped the ball with this tour. Inexcusable for an established tour company to treat their customers with this level of service. First they subcontracted the tour to Julia travel who in turn subcontracted the tour to MundiMaroc. If you see any of these tour operators I suggest you move on. Vacations should not be a test of your endurance. We were contacted by text two evenings before our departure, The text indicated that there would be a change to the schedule of the tour due to inclement weather. We contacted the office of Julia travel the following mornning there is no 24 hour contact for either Viator or Julia travel. We were told at that time that there was no reason for concern that all had been taken care of. We would be picked up at the predetermined time and place. All was fine. On Friday morning at 6:15 a.m. we waited for our pickup in Malaga. The tour operator from MundiMaroc showed up no one had been told that the tour was subcontracted out to another tour operator. The tour operator proceeded to tell us that due to the inclement weather that the port had been closed so we would now be flying to our next destination rather than crossing by boat. The problem was that the flight was not to take place until 10 p.m. that evening. We had no choice but to board the tour bus and drive for 3 hours to Tarifa making stops along the way to pick up other clients. We then returned to Malaga only to be dropped off at a shopping center and told we would be picked u p 6 hours later to proceed to the airport for our flight to Tangiers scheduled for 10:oo p.m.. 3 unnecessary hours of travel and 6 hours of abandonment at a shopping mall.....We were paying for this???? No alternative was offered to making the 3 hour bus ride nor the 6 hours of waiting in the shopping mall. We checked out of our hotel 5.5 hours early to ride a bus to nowhere. We had no other choice but to walk away from the tour uncompensated if we did not proceed with their ridiculous schedule. We finally arrived in Tangier at 1:00 a.m. and were then told we would be expected to be up and ready to start the tour by 6 a.m. Out tour leader was supposedly bilingual. He could speak for extended periods in Spanish and then had difficulty speaking a full sentence in English. He was impossible to understand. A waste of time. At other stops we were dragged into stores to be deluged with prearranged sales pitches for herbal medicines, rugs and other overpriced items. My best advice is to run not walk away from any tour associated with Viator, or Julia Travel. MundiMaroc did what they could but it still was not enough. Beware!

First time I've gone on a trip with a tour group. This tour was misleading in it's representation. Also, getting historical facts is always interesting, but I'm not intetested in a religious presentation. The hotels were Ok except for the internet connectivity which was poor to non existent.

Good tour well organised and value for money. Hotels were of good standard considering the low season they were well staffed and the meals provided were local produce and very agreeable.Guide spoke English and Spanish local guides were very good as well. Viator outsource to another company to run the tour they were very good. We did not enjoy visiting artisans where there was a sales pitch and possibly a kick back somewhere along the lines. This is usual in this type of tour but a it old hat now. Two of my party were elderly and found the Medina in Fes a little too much walking but that is how the place is built. One of my party needed a Doctor the guide was excellent in looking after this. All in all 1650 Kms maybe just too much for one trip but you are packing in a lot.

Hours upon hours on a bus. Was not an english speaking tour. Mixed group of Spanish and english. Most of the tour was in spanish. Time the guide got around to english the site was long gone. Additionl shows four times overpriced. Second show was so bad it was painful to set through. 1 hotel not good

The itinerary was ok, the bus was clean and comfortable, as were the hotels. Our guide was knowledgable, but volunteered very little. We learned more in two hours with a local guide in Fez than we did during the entire tour with our main guide. I was expecting him to explain some of the history, geography, and culture of Morocco, but he did almost none of this. Morocco is a fascinating country with friendly people and beautiful sights. The guide should do more to show all this.

The one star is for the air conditioned coach and good hotels. The tour is rushed, poorly coordinated and under informative. Mr Karim added little to the experience except for our tour of Rabat which was limited to 1.5hrs at a McDonalds in a shopping centre. Do you self a favour and do a proper tour

We visited all the places we wanted to see but it was a bit rushed. We only had 4 other English speaking people on the bu and they didn't stay in our hotels. The first 2 hotels were very good but the last one in Fes was ordinary. I would mice it 3 stars not 4. Local English speaking guides were very good.
