Atlas Berber Experience & Cooking Class

Moroccan cuisine is reputed to be among the best cuisines in the world, because we use a lot of fresh ingredients and a variety of spices. It is a combination of Berber, African, Arabic and Andalusian cuisine.

We will prepare our dishes in a family house in the Jewish village of Anraz an ancient Berber village in the mountains known by its synagogue, at 1100m, at the entrance of the Toubkal National Park where you also have the opportunity to learn how make local dishes, traditional Berber bread and attend a tea ceremony.

We climb all the way to the village for about 2 hours. After lunch, we will start our way back on foot, visiting the fruit gardens and the village’s wheat mill.
