Escape the busy streets of Marrakech’s Medina and enliven your stay by booking a quad biking tour in the High Atlas Mountains. Take a refreshing day out in Marrakech countryside on your Quad bike and discover the beauty of the Majestic High Atlas Mountains with its snow-capped peaks, green meadows, fruit trees and refreshing lakes. Be surprised by this exciting guided quad biking adventure in the heart of High Atlas walls with its famous Turtle valley and Eucalyptus forests. Immerse yourself in this exotically different world with the cool Atlas mountains fresh air and the culture of the Atlas populations.

Choose a morning or afternoon tour when you book. Then, when the time comes, meet your friendly driver at your Marrakech hotel and set off for the High Atlas Mountains by comfortable, air-conditioned minivan or 4x4.

Soak up the cool and fresh mountain air as you leave the city and on arrival at the quad bike start point, listen to a safety briefing and driving instructions. You will be provided with equipment, including a helmet, gloves, goggles and a cheich (turban-style scarf).

Then, once settled on your vehicle, take off behind your guide on a 2-hour tour, traveling at a pace that suits you and in a friendly atmosphere. Follow dusty country trails and drive into the famous Agafay Desert and Turtle Valley, soaking up views of the snow-capped High Atlas peaks and majestic Lake Takerkoust on route.

Rumble through eucalyptus forests and Berber villages, and stop to enjoy a mint tea at a typical Berber house. Finally, before returning to the start point, stop on a high plateau that commands wonderful views over the blue waters of the 4.3-mile (7-kilometer) lake spread at the foot of the Atlas range. Be sure to bring your camera: it’s a must on this trip!

After your quad bike ride, relax on your drive back to your Marrakech hotel where your tour ends.

Our guide was absolutely amazing. He was very attentive and certainly ensured we all stayed together, even when someone in our group was very slow or encountered problems manoeuvring the quad through water. The terrain was somewhat challenging but fun.

This was so much fun! You really ride the quads up the hillside so be ready for that (this is not a flat course). The guides are really sweet guys! Great time!

Fun activity, really well-organised and amazing views! This was our first time driving a quad and we really enjoyed the experience - all the gear was included and there was a lot of safety measures we still got to go really fast though which was great. The landscape is beautiful in the Agafay Desert with the Atlas Mountains in the distance. We drove right up to the shore of Lake Takerkoust and also had tea and biscuits at a traditional Berber home shortly before returning. Incredible experience, five stars!

We had a great morning tour as a couple. Rene the driver (great guy, very chatty) picked us up promptly from our hotel. Its a really good team, they look after you and don't rush off. We were only a group of 4 so it was a lot nicer. The scenery is beautiful. Would definitely go with them again!
