1- Mondays: Lamb Tajine with allmonds & prunes: smart combination with salt and sweet

2- Tuesdays: Chicken Tajine with preserved lemon

3- Wednesdays: Pastilla and Moroccan Pasteries

4- Thursdays: Stuffed Pigeon- Green Day

5- Fridays: Couscous Day

6- Saturdays: Chicken Tajine with preserved lemon 

7- Sundays: Green Day - Learn how to cook Green Moroccan Salads, Raw Salads of the season: Zuccini, Egg plants Zaalouk, Fava beans Bissara, Smoothies based on seasonal fruits and vegetables..

Lunch is included based on what we have cooked. Drinks, sealed bottled water, coffee are provided
