To start, i contacted the vendor with my issues right after tour-twice-all they said is thank you for feedback instead of trying to fix it or make it up somehow. The tour said 7.30, one day before we got notified to start at 7, which left no room for breakfast at the hotel, because most hotels start breakfast at that time. Tour said 8 hours, it did not mention its 4 hours there and 4 hours back, IT WAS PAINFUL!!! the tour stated it would be a 4x4 vehicle which it would have made the drive easier on those rd curves/conditions, however it was a regular basic van, where we felt every bump and the tires suffer in curves. The english said bilingual and englis, we even filled out a form when we bought the tour with viator where it asked all the questions and language. the driver DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH AT ALL, this made the trip very frustrating, we had no idea where we where, or the stops, or distances, anything, we could not communicate, which it would have been fine if we knew what we were getting into ahead of time, BUT for the price they charged (there were cheaper tours by 50% also english speaking) we felt like we paid for more and we definetly felt ripped off. Thanks to this type of experience not recommending this tour or even country.
The driver, Samid, was extremely outgoing and attentive. He was very conscious of the long day and ensured rest stops, toilet breaks, etc. Samid conversed very well in English. I highly recommend this tour and hope that you are fortunate to have Samid as your driver.
