High Atlas Mountains Private Guided Day Tour from Marrakech

During this private refreshing day out in Marrakech countryside, you will delight yourself in the lush valleys, groves of peach, almond and walnut trees, snow-capped peaks of the High Atlas Mountains and traditional mud-built Berber villages.
Your courteous and professional driver will pick you up from your hotel at 9:30am in a private brand new air-conditioned minivan. You will drive through the famous valleys in the heart of the Great Atlas Mountains where the plains will give way to the green valleys, gorges, rivers and waterfalls. The breathtaking and spectacular scenery is perfect for photos opportunities at your request.
Visit a traditional mud-built Berber house where the richness of Berber traditions will reveal itself to you. The owner of the house will prepare a tea ceremony to show you how to make traditional mint tea before serving you a country style breakfast (local bread, butter, honey, olive oil and tea).
Once you arrive to the last village (at 1500 meters high), you will take a short guided walk along some of the pretty trails to the first spectacular waterfall.
Next have lunch (à la carte) in a restaurant (Hint: local specialty Tagines) (at your own expense).
On the way back, finish your tour in beauty and style with a visit to the Bio-aromatic garden of the Ourika Valley. Amble through this haven of serenity and discover the botanic richness of the Atlas. Walk past exotic plants of dreamy origin, aromatic and medical plants amazingly laid out and enjoy the nicest perfumes ever.
Last but not least, close your eyes and bask in idyllic dreams with a blissful Complimentary relaxing foot bath in warm water and sea salts scented with sea weed and bitter orange oil while sipping on a delicious tea made with 8 organic plants from the garden.
