HIKE TOUBKAL MOUNTAIN: 3 day trek and stay with local Berber family

Itinerary

Day 1: Marrakech => Imlil

Pass By: Medina of Marrakesh, Marrakech 40000 Morocco
We start our journey from your accommodation in Marrakech, our driver will pick you up early morning 7am.

Then head on to the Berber village Imlil, through a breathtaking landscapes of the High Atlas Mountains

Stop At: Imlil Treks Toubkal, Imlil Ouirgane 60Km from Marrakech, Direction to Taroudant, Marrakech 40000 Morocco
Arriving to Imlil village, your mountain local guide will help you prepare everything: pack your luggage, food, water, so you will be able to hike without any extra weight.

After traditional glass of tea we will start our journey through the rocky mountains.

By sunset we will arrive to the mountain shelter of Toubkal where we will have an overnight break and a locally made dinner.

Day 2: Mountain shelter => Peak of Toubkal => Walk back to Imlil

Stop At: Ourika Valley, Ourika Morocco
Early morning before sunrise our 3 hour trek to Toubkal starts. After conquering the highest peak in north Africa we will head back to beautiful Ourika valley for a well deserved rest.

In the evening we will be served a delicious locally made dinner and spend a night with a local Berber family.

Day 3: Ourika => The three valleys => Drive back to Marrakech

Stop At: Ourika Valley, Ourika Morocco
In the morning we will head to Ourika valley surroundings where we can relax with a soft hike and a lunch.

We will head back to Marrakech around evening hours and drop you off at your accommodation
