Middle Atlas Mountains and Ouzoud Waterfalls Private Day Tour from Marrakech

Embark on a full day guided excursion to one of the most stunning natural sites in the Middle Atlas, the 100m high waterfalls of Ouzoud (Cascades d'Ouzoud). The water cascades into a spectacular gorge with an endless string of pools. It is possible to swim in the cascade pools. The surrounding area is lush with vegetation. It's home to the native Barbary apes and makes for some interesting bird watching. There are numerous options for walks with spectacular views of the falls from above and below. You can also see old grain mills of the Berbers, some still in working order. Walking paths can be slippery so good walking shoes are a must. Lunch will be at a local restaurant (soft drinks and alcoholic drinks not included). Return to Marrakech in the early evening.
