Private Day Trip: Imlil Village and Kik Plateau with Lunch from Marrakech

Your driver will meet you at your hotel in the morning and depart Marrakech by private vehicle. You're taken through narrow roads that wind between the rocks and steep gorges at the front end of Asni. Make a stop at a common meeting place for villagers throughout the region, known for its souk on Saturday. Have free time to explore the market and the 'parking lot' of donkeys, a traditional means of transportation on the mountain.

After crossing the gorge of Asni, your tour continues on to Imlil, where you'll meet a local guide for a moderate walk on one of the many trails. See the Kasbah, nearby waterfalls, and a village perched in the heights of Imlil before visiting a a family's home for a traditional Berber meal.

After lunch, return to the vehicle and your driver who continues past Asni to the Kik Plateau for stunning views. The road runs alongside a green valley fronted by mountains and fields. There will be time for a stop at Lake Takerkoust before returning to your hotel in the evening.
