About this activity

This tour offers a fabulous discovery of the most beautiful National Park creeks from the village of Cassis. Starting at 8:30am, you will be riding an electric mountain bike on large tracks, accompanied by a careful guide. You will be among nature and see beautiful views along the route.
After trying the bikes, and verifying that you will be able to pedal on this course, it will be the time to enter in the National Park. The beginning of the tour will make you cycle on the "Gineste" road for about twenty minutes. After that, you will climb the "Gardiole" pass. This is the start of a nice descent to the "En Vau" creek. It's perhaps the most impressive one with its large cliffs. The electric bikes will enable you to move faster than hikers, so you will arrive on the beach of the creek with very few other people.
You will get a break and be able to enjoy swimming if you wish. Then you'll climb up the ridges to discover the magnificent Cassis Bay, and take the direction of the other two creeks. With a permanent view on the "Canaille" Cape, one of the highest Maritime cliffs in Europe, you will ride through the creeks of "Port Pin" and then "Port Miou", which was a stone quarry in the past and is now a pleasant port. Then you will return to the starting point and visit the village of Cassis, seeing nice beaches on the way. This tour is designed for people who know how to ride a mountain bike. The effort is not difficult and uphill climbing will be easy thanks to the electric assistance. Your guide will be attentive to your abilities. However, you should not be afraid of biking in gravel tracks.
After 3 hours we will arrive back at our starting point, where you will be able to enjoy the rest of your day.

You must know how to ride a mountain bike and not to be afraid of biking in gravel tracks
Riders must be more than 4.9 feet (1.45 meters) and less than 240 lbs (120kg). Children must be older than 10
Not recommended for pregnant women or people with health problems
You have to wear closed-toe shoes, a sporty and climate appropriate outfit (any refund accepted if you don't have the right equipment)
Food and water is not provided. It is strongly suggested that you bring water and cereal bars in a backpack, if possible
Heights must be advised at time of booking
Subject to favorable weather conditions, for example, during the summer, the National Park may be closed due to fire hazards. If the weather is not good, you'll be able to choose between another route, another date or a full refund
Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough people
