There was a right amount of walking and touring by coach. Though the cruise tour from Cassis was not included, you cannot miss it and it was so worth it that we didn't really mind having a quick lunch instead of an enjoyable long one. Our tour guide Melissa was very knowledgeable about all these towns, even the smallest fountains on the road. It was our first time in Southern France and we learnt so much because of this tour. If you only have a short period of time for touring around, this tour is your perfect choice.

The whole day was absolutely amazing! Sylvia was so informative and knowledgeable about each location. She took us to some really cool, off the beaten path spots to experience. Definitely take the opportunity to go on the calanque cruise in Cassis - two weeks in Europe and that 45 minute boat ride was the highlight of our entire trip!

AIX itself, and Cassis, were very nice. Our tour guide was pleasant enough, but spent much of her time texting and talking on the phone while leading our small group around AIX. She was better about sharing the history of the sights when giving us the Marseille part of the tour, as it was just my wife and me. It would have been nice for the tour to provide city maps for both AIX, Cassis and Marseille to aid in understanding our surroundings. All-in-all, an average value for a pricey tour.
