2 Days Mokoro in Okavango Delta, Botswana

Itinerary

Day 1: Maun-Okavango Delta

Pass By: Okavango Delta, Maun, Ngamiland East Botswana
Pick up from Hotel/Air port at 08:00 am transfer by motor boat or 4X4 transfer to Mokoro Station where you met by a professional polar guide, a short briefing about your trip will be conducted before boarding your mokoro and travel along the channel of Okavango Delta to camp on one the many island of the Delta, before reaching your destination, you would have spent some hours seeing the beauty and vastness of the delta.

Upon arrival staff set up the camp and then direct you to your tents while your chef is preparing lunch before afternoon game walk or mokoro cruise.

Return back to the camp where dinner is served.

Meals included:
• Lunch: Light afternoon lunch- Cold meats, salad bread and fruit and 3lts of bottled water per person per day.
• Dinner: Dinner- 2 courses, either soup and a main or a main desert and couple of glasses of wine for dinner will be supplied.
Accommodation included: Walk-in 3m x 3m tents with comfortable fully made bedrolls on stretchers.

Shared toilet tent and shower tent.


Day 2: Okavango Delta Maun-Maun

Pass By: Okavango Delta, Maun, Ngamiland East Botswana
Wake up early, around 06:30 for coffee/tea, cereal and rusks immediately after breakfast you depart for morning game walk to experience the other parts of the delta.

Return back to the camp for lunch while staff is breaking down the camp then board on your mokoro back to Mokoro Station, upon your arrival at the Mokoro Station your board on motor boat or vehicle then back to Maun where our safari will end.

Meals included:
• Breakfast: Early breakfast- Cereals, rusks tea and coffee.

Brunch- Eggs, bacon, beans, fried tomato, sausage and toast.

• Lunch: Light afternoon lunch- Cold meats, salad bread and fruit and couple of glasses of wine for dinner will be supplied.
Accommodation included: Clients will decide if the spend a night in Hotel of their choice in Maun after Mokoro Safari
