I've been on other hop on busses and this was probably my least favorite. Cheap was to get around, but not a very pretty tour.
Hop On-Hop Off Bus was an excellent way to get an overview of Melbourne. Great for short time (cruise) visit to maximize your time and sightseeing ability.
