Parliament house in located on Spring street. Construction began in 1855. It is the meeting place of the parliament of Victoria. We will stop here to take some memorable photos for you, its a lovely backdrop. You will also travel past Parliament gardens and The Windsor hotel which is notable for being Australia's only surviving grand 19th century city hotel and has a 5 star rating.
