Enjoyed the day, although the bus was late leaving. It would be helpful if there was shade available when waiting for the bus, as it was very hot and uncomfortable. The rest of the day was lovely and well managed.

One of the main attractions of this trip was supposed to be the chocolate factory and ice creamery. However on the day we were turned away because the place was too full. While I accept that this was beyond the control of the company, I would have thought that reserved capacity would have been agreed upon with the factory so we don't end up paying for just an expensive coach ride

easy way to see some of Victoria, when you have limited time. we enjoyed the steam train ride. the lunch was good . taste testing at the wineries and chocolate and ice creamy were enjoyed. Our tour guide Don was excellent.

Fun day, Puffing Billy was unique and liked that we were able to visit 3 wineries and a chocaltier. Only downside was you wait 40 minutes to depart on the train while the ride is only 20 minutes you only go to the first stop, also they pick you up from the hotel but don't drop you off you have to pick from one of two drop off points, which is cumbersome if you bought wine and then need to carry it back over a mile through the city.

Apart from the fact that it rained all day the transport was very poor. We were picked up 1/2 hour late and then had to transfer to a second coach after a long wait. No view of the valley due to the weather, but the lunch stop was very good indeed. Puffing Bill seats were all wet and there was nobody to dry them off so we all got wet. I am sure on a dry day and with better transport it would be better but feel disappointed.
