We thought we were getting a hop-on, hop-off tour: this is not. But it is well worth the modest fee. We were picked up at our hotel (convenient!) in a small bus which holds about 20 or so people. The driver is also the tour guide and explained Memphis sites and history while showing us around downtown Memphis. In 3 hours, we went by the Civil Rights Museum, St. Jude Hospital, Sun Studios, along the Mississippi River and were driven out to Graceland - where we stayed for 3 hours before Michelle picked us up again and dropped us off at our hotel.

He was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and clearly loves his city. He has high energy and a great sense of humor - also very accommodating to all the passengers and helped us navigate the city. Definitely would enjoy his tours again.

This was a great way to see everything without driving around and trying to park. The tour guide/bus driver was great! We could have used more time at the Peabody after the duck show to go up to the roof for a few minutes.

First trip to Memphis ... Mr. Boyce was our Tour Guide. He was funny, entertaining and very knowledgeable. He gave us some recommendations for restaurants also. The Memphis City Tour was really good. We made several stops including St. Jude and The Welcome City. Along the way, lots of the must-see places were pointed out to us. The Graceland Tour was overwhelming. You could spend hours there. Highly recommend this tour if this is your first trip to Memphis.

The sites we saw were great but the tour guide had a habit of yelling into the mike which made it hard for my Mother and I to sometime understand. What we did understand was good. He needs to remember that not all on the tour can understand him due to his accent and loud voice. All in all we enjoyed the tour.

Not as informative ad 1st tour, bus showed considerable wear and narrative just average. I would only give it a marginal rating.

Our tour guide, Sam, I hope I remembered his name correctly, was wonderful. He is a Memphis native and obviously, loves his hometown. He explained so much about Memphis as we drove around the town. He gave us insight before we'd make stops to ensure we would be able to take full advantage of the site. He was kind, knowledgeable, funny, and made sure everyone had a wonderful experience.

Our tour guide Sam was great! The tour showed us a lot... things we didn’t even know about. Good amount of time for things as well. Wouldn’t recommend Dyers burgers. Rude staff

Purchased the tour with Graceland. Michelle was great, saw everything and did not feel rushed. Did not think we would spend 4+ hours at Graceland but we did. We knew there was another bus to pick us up.

Highly recommend this tour of Memphis, which really gave us a feel for the City. Our guide gave us plenty of time at St. Jude's, got us to the famous Duck Parade at the Peabody early and told us where to stand to get the best view, advised us on where to eat on Beale St.when we arrived downtown, We don't care for Elvis, but talked to others on the tour who went to Graceland and they loved it. A good overall tour of a very interesting city.
