We will get to know the history of cacao in Mexico, where it comes from, how does it get to your hands and the artisanal way to make it.
We will make our own chocolate from scratch, from the bean to the bar 100% artisanal style.
You will have your Cacao Nibs, you will toast, feel, grind and prepare the Cacao chocolate in the traditional way, just how you like it.

Totally interesting! An all around excellent instruction in the history and processing of cacao to chocolate. And then the best of all, a hands on making your own chocolate bar and other products. The instructors are fun and knowledgeable. We cannot recommend the class and experiences more highly
