Your tour begins from a meeting point in Merida. You'll board a Mercedes Benz van and drive to the archaeological site of Chichen Itza. Upon arrival, you will be helped with purchasing your tickets to the site (not included) and avoid the crowds as you enter Chichen Itza through a private entrance. From there, you will be directed to the exclusive welcome suite within Mayaland's facilities. You have around 4.5 hours to yourself and you can enter the archaeological site as many times as you'd like.
See all the incredible temples including the Pyramid of Kukulkan, the Temple of the Warriors and the Observatory and take memorable pictures. Nothing was as it was promised. Picked up 70 minutes late others were 100 minutes late and unhelpful guide insisted we leave Chichen Itza about two hours early. Had to get taxi back or we would have not been able to see much of site.
