Private Shore Excursion from Messina Port: The Godfather Country

You will be greeted at the port and will continue to the town of Savoca, where the original Godfather was filmed.

Savoca looks to the Ionian Sea from its lofty perch, a pretty village surrounded by sun-blasted hillsides and the occasional old stone farmhouse.

You will spend your morning sightseeing here, enjoying the magical atmosphere of the Sicilian Coast, before you carry on for lunch in one of the medieval villages that surround the area of Taormina, one of the most characteristic of the whole region.

You will continue sightseeing into the afternoon and will return to the port at the end of the day.
