Taormina and Isola Bella day tour with boat ride

Discover the stunning town of Taormina, famous for its picturesque streets, breathtaking landscapes and Isola Bella, Unesco natural reserve.

You'll begin your tour by walking around Taormina, where you can enjoy the view – a wonderful overlook of Mount Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe, and the magnificent bay of Giardini Naxos. Next, you'll walk along Corso Umberto and visit the town on your own: you'll have all the time you need to discover the Greek-roman theatre, the oldest churches and monuments, the most exclusive shops, famous restaurants and pastries. You can walk in the artisanal ice cream shops and taste local specialities and sweets.
You'll then continue your trip with a 2-hour boat tour to Isola Bella, where you can admire the magical blue sea and the beautiful coast: Baia di Naxos, Capo Taormina, Grotta Azzurra and Baia di Mazzarò. The tour also includes a fresh fruit tasting.
If you began your tour from Messina, you-ll finish your day by taking part in a short visit of the historic centre: the square with the biggest astronomical clock in the world, the church of the Catalans – an extraordinary example of Arab-Norman art – and the panoramic terrace between the Shrine of Christ the King and the Sanctuary of Montalto, where you can admire the Strait of Messina.
