Mexican coffee tasting

We will meet at my coffee shop, Café La Cuarta, located in Santa María la Ribera, a 15 minute walk away from the Kiosco Morisco. On calle Nogal 94 interior 108.

I will prepare for you each type of coffee in two different brewing methods so you can compare and learn about each one. Depending on the bean I will use either areopress, dripper or espresso machine. I will give you also some pastries to pair with the coffee.

I will talk about the different regions that produce coffee in Mexico as well as the processes involved in the production which lead to specialty coffees liked the ones we try.

This is my passion so questions al welcome and encouraged, I can talk about coffee even in my sleep.
