The tour guide was very friendly. It was easy to make arrangements for a hotel pickup in the Port of Miami area. The Everglades are interesting as was the alligator show afterwards.
If you are expecting to see a lot of gators/ wild life in the water, well they are not. the sound of the boats is so loud that the ear patches is not enough, however you can see the gators in the park after the boat ride, chilling in the cage, a short show of them, and you can have the experience to hold a baby gator on your arms for 3 dollars to take a pic as well. the tour is Ok, I really enjoyed to hold the baby gator, I think because of that it was worth it. have fun.
