Difficulty with ticketing provided through operator Kyklomar and Let's Book Travel. Actual tour company would not accept electronic ticket printed on line. Let's Book Travel called several times and did not answer phone. Six hours to correct ticketing missing tour which had to be rescheduled to following day. Calls to Viator to correct situation. On tour the guide was great and knowledgeable but with a large group was very difficult to hear with the wind. Some type of audio enhancement would have made the experience much better.
